1937 Silver Comet

Introduced in 1937, these splendid darts have been unsurpassed in construction, design and popularity ever since. Over a quarter of a million sets have been sold to date and many of the original batch are still giving perfect service, as testified by many appreciative letters received from actual users. The plated brass body is fitted with a slotted flight holder shaft made in high tensile aluminum alloy and the flight is held in position by a streamlined cap screwed on the rear end of the shaft. The flight is thus perfectly encased in the metal and no loss of score is possible, because if a following dart hits the streamlined cap it glances off to lodge in the board.
  1.  Plated brass barrels
  2. Slotted flight holder
  3. Aluminium alloy shafts
  4. Patented screw shaft cap
  5. Comet fibreboard flights
  6. Replica presentation box
